It’s frustrating when you don’t see the fat loss results you want. Sometimes it even makes you give up hope, throw in the towel, and quit.

I’m here to give you insight on a few things I’ve seen as a nutrition coach that commonly keep people stuck where they are at. A small adjustment might just be the thing you need to put you back on track to reach the goals you have set for yourself!

7 Areas keeping you stuck:

  1. Taking the weekends off
  2. Breaking even on calorie intake and calories used in a day
  3. Not eating enough
  4. Sedentary lifestyle outside of the gym
  5. Not getting enough sleep
  6. Not being realistic about what you’re doing vs. the results you are wanting
  7. Not doing anything consistently
