Not at all — and most of our members started with zero gym experience. Every workout is coached and scalable, meaning we adjust the movements, weights, and intensity to match your current fitness level. Whether you're 25 or 65, a total beginner or a former athlete, you'll fit right in from day one.

What happens at my first visit?

You'll meet with one of our coaches for a free intro session. We'll chat about your goals, show you around the gym, and walk you through how our classes work. There's no pressure and no obligation — it's just a chance to see if Restoration is the right fit for you.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothes and clean sneakers with good support. Bring a water bottle — we have everything else you'll need. No special equipment or gear required.

Is this a good gym for weight loss and getting in shape?

Absolutely. Our group functional fitness classes combine strength training and cardio in every session, and when you pair that with our nutrition coaching, you've got a complete system for lasting results. Many of our members have transformed their health and body composition within the first few months.

We're at 2984 Lakeland Highlands Road in Lakeland, FL 33803. There's free parking available right outside our door — easy in, easy out.

Do you offer programs for kids and teens?

Yes! We have Kids Programs for children under 10 and Youth Programs for teens. Both are designed to build coordination, confidence, and healthy fitness habits in a fun, supportive environment. Ask us during your intro session for age-specific details and scheduling.
