As the founders and owners of Restoration Fitness & Nutrition, Matt and Cissie carry a unique burden to make fitness fun and accessible to people from all walks of life! They began Restoration in 2018 out of their carport in Lakeland, FL! Through the last 5 years they’ve been honored to serve hundreds of clients, both in Lakeland and around the US through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching.
